2. User Account

• Account registration is strictly limited to invitees with an email address on the `@optimics.cz` or `@optimics.com` domain.
• You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Account sharing is strictly forbidden.
• The Organizer reserves the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

3. Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

As a participant, you are bound by the following rules:

• You must unconditionally comply with all instructions from the Organizer and their designated staff (Game Masters). Their decisions are final and absolute within the context of the game and event organization.
• You must treat all participants, organizers, and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, aggression, hate speech, or unsportsmanlike conduct of any kind will result in immediate expulsion from the Event without refund or recourse.
• The use of cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), scripts, or any third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in the Application is strictly prohibited.
• You are forbidden from attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise access the source code of the Application.
• Any discovered bugs or glitches in the Application must be reported to the Organizer immediately. The intentional exploitation of any bug for personal gain is a severe violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property & Virtual Goods

• All aspects of the Application and the Event, including but not to a, the game world, characters, items, story, graphics, design, and code, are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of the Organizer.
• You acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or other property interest in your account. Your account and all associated data (including characters, levels, XP, items, currency, etc.) are virtual goods that remain the exclusive property of the Organizer.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application and its virtual goods for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license may be revoked by the Organizer at any time.
• The sale, transfer, or exchange of accounts or any virtual goods for real money or other considerations is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• The Event and the Application are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Organizer does not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• Your participation in the Event is entirely at your own risk. The Organizer shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm or loss sustained by you during the Event.

6. Termination

• The Organizer may terminate or suspend your access to the Application and your participation in the Event immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Data Privacy and Deletion

• Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
• You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law & Final Provisions

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• The Organizer reserves the right, at his sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued participation in the Event or use of the Application following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
